His professional career has been developed mainly in the fields of Criminal Law and Commercial – Insolvency Law and, to a lesser extent, in Civil law and Litigation, in various law firms.
He stands out for his specialisation in all types of proceedings before criminal and commercial-civil courts and, in particular, in the defence of economic and corporate criminal matters. He also has extensive experience in the defence of civil matters related to banking law.
He also has extensive experience in advising on the drafting, interpretation and negotiation of all types of civil or commercial contracts.
