He stands out for his specialisation in all types of proceedings before the civil courts and, in particular, in pursuing liability claims, whether contractual or non-contractual, in matters of a real estate nature, banking law and construction law, or those arising from corporate or commercial relationships.
He also has extensive experience in advising on the drafting, interpretation and negotiation of all types of civil or commercial contracts.
